Job summary
Experts Communication is seeking an Upseller to join our sales team in Karachi. The role focuses on upselling web, design, and digital services to both existing and prospective clients, while identifying needs and building long-term relationships.
The Night Shift runs 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with monthly sales targets of $10K–$15K and a company-maintained car (T&C Apply). A strong track record in sales and knowledge of web design concepts are preferred.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales; web/design industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Understanding of web design and development concepts.
Responsibilities
- Upsell web, design, and digital services to existing and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with design and development teams.
- Maintain accurate sales and client activity reports.
