Qualifications

• Familiarity with call center operations, CRM entry, and accurate data logging.
• Quick learner able to follow scripts, process updates, and quality feedback.
• Goal-oriented with focus on KPIs: conversions, AHT, attendance.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers for the RSP campaign.
• Introduce campaign offers, follow scripts, and close sales according to process.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality and conversion metrics.
• Record accurate notes and update CRM or campaign tracking systems promptly.
• Follow objection-handling techniques and compliance requirements; upscale complex cases to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the campaign team and quality assurance to implement process improvements and meet KPIs.
