DIGIFORGE in Rawalpindi is hiring for Sales Executives, Verifiers and Closers for USA-focused campaigns. The role is office-based at night shift, full-time, with performance recognition and uncapped incentives.

You will handle outbound/inbound conversations, verify details, qualify prospects, and close sales while following scripts and compliance. Strong English and data-entry accuracy are essential in a busy CRM-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Ability to verify information, qualify prospects, overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent listening, questioning, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
• Comfort working with USA campaign scripts, sales targets and performance metrics.
• Accurate data entry and familiarity with CRM, dialer or tracking systems.
• Ability to follow compliance standards, maintain quality and protect customer information.
• Resilience, punctuality, teamwork and willingness to work in a target-driven office environment.
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer conversations for USA campaigns.
• Verify customer details, eligibility and campaign information accurately.
• Identify customer needs, address concerns and present suitable offers.
• Close qualified opportunities while following approved scripts and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in campaign systems.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for verification, conversion, quality and attendance.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to improve performance.
