We are seeking a results-driven Sales Closer to engage inbound/outbound leads, conduct discovery meetings with international clients, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Experience in BPO, U.S./international campaigns is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in U.S. time zone.
• Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with CRM tools and modern sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
• Conduct sales meetings, discovery calls, and online presentations with international customers
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and service offerings
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily/weekly sales performance
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
