Job summary

Active8 is seeking a Finance Executive to support financial operations for its 400+ US retail locations. The role focuses on reconciliations, variance resolution, reporting, and data accuracy, with night shifts and onsite work at RJ Mall, Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve deposit variances by coordinating with store teams and regional managers.
• Follow up on outstanding discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues.
• Download, analyze, and upload daily and weekly financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of store-level financial transactions.
• Assist with account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Support the finance management team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Manage high volumes of financial data with accuracy and deadlines.
