Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will support financial operations for our extensive network of US retail stores, with a primary focus on financial reconciliations, deposit variance resolution, reporting, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve deposit variances by coordinating with store teams and regional managers through calls and emails.
• Follow up on outstanding discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
• Download, analyze, and upload daily and weekly financial reports through company portals.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of store-level financial transactions.
• Assist with account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Support the finance management team with ad hoc financial tasks and special projects.
• Manage high volumes of financial data while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, or a similar support role.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, follow up effectively, and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
