Job summary

You will reconcile expenses and sales, review daily expenses, fuel/gas data, and maintain accurate records. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of POS systems are preferred. This on-site position offers growth within a dynamic shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile expenses and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile sales and verify store-provided data.
• Review and verify daily expenses.
• Check and validate store paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Review store shortage and overage figures and investigate variances.
• Identify and process corrections to expense entries.
• Add and maintain expense categories to ensure proper classification.
• Prepare and distribute daily expense reports.
• Monitor and review daily fuel shortage and overage figures across store locations.
