Job summary

Acgile in Islamabad seeks an experienced Key Accounts Manager with a strong accounting background to manage key financial accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The role requires detailed financial analysis, month-end and year-end closing, compliance, and delivering actionable insights; proficiency in Excel and Power Query is essential. Onsite night shift 7:00 pm to 4:00 am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting/finance/commerce or related field.
• ACCA, CA, CMA or other relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee key client/company accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and account schedules.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and key financial indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management.
• Identify financial discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding accounting and financial matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure timely resolution of financial queries.
• Use Advanced Excel and Power Query for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and automation.
• Continuously improving accounting and reporting processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
