Job summary

MicroAgility APAC seeks a results-driven Sales Development Representative in Islamabad. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and drive outbound campaigns to create qualified opportunities. The role requires sharp communication and mastery of social media channels.

Work hours 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM local time; you will collaborate with marketing to craft effective proposals and follow up with leads to cross-sell and upsell existing customers.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of social media i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
• Must have good online searching skills.
• Bachelor Degree (preferably Marketing) from HEC recognized University.
• Must be comfortable in timings from 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
• Cold-call to potential prospects that are generated by external sources of leads.
• Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
• Fulfilling targets given by management.
• Assist in content creation and proposal development for potential clients
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via phone, and email cross-sell and up-sell.
