Digital Auxilius is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to help grow our business and keep clients happy. This role involves working with different teams to meet client needs and joining meetings during US hours.

The ideal candidate should be good with technical and people skills and able to handle multiple client accounts efficiently. This position is full-time, onsite in Karachi and requires adjusting work hours to US time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or account management.
• Proven ability to handle multiple clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in data collection, tracking, and analysis.
• Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good listening skills and ability to build rapport.
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and industry trends.
• Extensive knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high client satisfaction and deliver excellent service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate with clients via Teams, phone, and email.
