Job summary

You will perform outbound cold outreach, build rapport with prospective clients, handle inbound inquiries, and use CRM tools to move opportunities through the pipeline while delivering exceptional service to a global client base.

Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English for international clients.
• Proven cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience.
• Strong client-facing abilities and CRM experience with empathy.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.
• Able to work night shift and switch between sales and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to qualify leads and create warm opportunities.
