Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor night operations for USA-based facilities to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Respond to operational issues or emergencies with clear updates and effective resolutions.
• Track and close tasks or work orders in internal systems.
• Maintain detailed logs of nightly activities, escalations, and resolutions.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports for smooth handover to the day team.
• Monitor vendor performance, budgets, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across time zones.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency while working independently in a structured environment.
