Detailed Job Description:

As a Network Engineer supporting Multilynx in Lahore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of network assessments, hardware upgrades, performance tuning, and incident remediation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include deploying comprehensive data center and campus network solutions, configuring enterprise security appliances, troubleshooting complex connectivity issues using Wireshark and SolarWinds, managing server hardware and operating system administration, providing Level 1 OS support, participating in 24/7 rotational on-call coverage, and collaborating directly with multidisciplinary engineering squads and human resources leaders like Nayab Rizvi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure robust LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and Data Center network infrastructure and enterprise hardware solutions.
• Configure and manage advanced routing, switching, firewalls, VPN tunnels, and load balancers across Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and Aruba platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive network assessments, capacity planning, and architecture audits for client enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues, packet drops, and latency bottlenecks to optimize overall system performance.
