Job summary

PostEx is seeking a skilled Network Engineer in Lahore to support daily network operations, provide L1/L2 IT support, and assist with CCTV system installation and troubleshooting.

You will configure MikroTik routers, manage LAN/WAN connectivity, and work with Cisco switches. The role requires 1–2 years of networking experience and the ability to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant networking and IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik routers.
• Practical knowledge of Cisco switches and networking basics.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/MAN concepts and network protocols.
• Experience with CCTV cameras, NVRs, and DVRs.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers.
  
• Provide daily L1 and L2 technical support to users and IT operations.
  
• Manage IT-related emails, tickets, and follow-ups.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT SOPs and operational procedures.
  
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and MAN connectivity issues.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking devices, particularly switches.
