Job summary

Rastgar Group in Islamabad seeks an IT/Network Support Technician to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and to support IT infrastructure on servers and end-user devices with a hands-on approach.

The role covers main networking, CCTV, Security, AV systems and the Active Directory domain, with duties including routine updates and backups to keep systems secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• Core skills required include VoIP telephony, cybersecurity and firewall administration, and networking with high-density Wi‑Fi.
• Additional capability in endpoint security and hardening is desirable.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and CCTV/NVR configurations is beneficial.

Responsibilities
