Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure basic network devices (routers, switches, access points)
• Perform network cabling (UTP, fiber) and patch panel management
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet access)
• Assist with IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and basic VLANs
• Monitor network status and report incidents
• Replace faulty hardware and perform basic maintenance
• Support end users and escale complex issues to engineers
• Maintain inventory and network documentation

Required Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and OSI model
• LAN and WLAN fundamentals
• Router and switch configuration (basic level)
• Network troubleshooting (ping, traceroute, cable testing)
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux networking

Common Equipment & Tools
