Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead nationwide Brand Ambassador programs. You will manage regional teams to execute campaigns, including door-to-door outreach, route optimization, and retail activations.

You will track performance metrics and ensure alignment with brand goals across diverse markets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience managing large field teams or experiential marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years managing large-scale nationwide activation teams or experiential campaigns (FMCG).

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit nationwide field teams, team leads, and Brand Ambassadors.
• Plan and direct end-to-end activation workflows across urban and regional retail hubs, malls, and event spaces.
• Track daily activity targets, ROI, budget allocations, and market feedback using digital reporting tools.
• Adapt operational strategies to match distinct brand positioning across campaigns.
