Job summary

U Microfinance Bank Limited in Islamabad seeks a Product Manager to lead end-to-end development, enhancement and lifecycle management of conventional financial products, driving strategy, roadmaps and cross-functional delivery.

You will translate propositions into documentation, coordinate UAT and deployment, monitor performance and use market insights to continuously improve offerings while ensuring regulatory alignment and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• 5+ years banking product development/management experience.
• Experience in lending/deposit product development.
• Knowledge of BRDs, process flows and UAT.
• Exposure to core banking/LOS; Temenos T24/LOS is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmaps for conventional product portfolios.
• Lead ideation to launch, including new products and revamps.
• Develop business cases covering proposition, pricing, revenue and costs.
• Translate concepts into specs, manuals, BRDs and flows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely implementation.
• Coordinate with enablement for system requirements.
• Lead UAT coordination and go-live readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and performance, identify gaps.
• Coordinate pricing, charges and profitability with finance.
• Track market trends and customer insights for growth.
• Design product training content for teams.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance approvals and post-launch support.
• Provide regular management updates on status and actions.
