• Define MVP scope that satisfies licensing expectations and enables a credible pilot.
• Translate compliance requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release gates.
• Own product narrative including demos, documentation, and regulator/partner alignment.
• Drive execution via sprint planning, prioritization, and scope control.
• Design partner workflows for onboarding, reporting, and operational tooling.
• Define KPIs for operational reliability, compliance outcomes, and partner adoption.
