Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients and potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and explain company services.
• Manage client follow-ups and support sales activities.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English.
• Confidence in communicating with international clients.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Professional attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in international call centers or international sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and freshers with fluent English are encouraged to apply.
