Job summary

The role involves leading Relationship Managers and Client Service teams to deliver strategic growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with high-end clients and markets
• Strong analytical abilities and client influence
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication
• Understanding of regulatory governance and compliance frameworks
• Mandatory banking training including risk, KYC/AML/CDD/WMP

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships
• Manage and coach Relationship Managers, Priority and Client Service Managers, and Affluent teams
• Drive profitable revenue and portfolio growth with cross-sell initiatives
• Coordinate with RMs on CEMS opportunities and follow-ups
• Develop and execute structured sales plans based on market dynamics and client needs
• Lead marketing efforts to attract new relationships and clients
• Ensure RMs meet KPIs and productivity targets
• Ensure timely responses to compliance-related client queries
• Engage with affluent clients to maximize outreach and wallet share
