Qualifications

• Experience in Secured and unsecured lending.
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• MBA or UG/PG qualification.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales volumes.
• Build regional sales structure.
• Work with branches on products and distribution to build the portfolio.
• Achieve cross-sell targets.
• Responsible for soft bucket collections and maintain delinquency.
• Work with Credit & Risk on product & process rollouts.
• Adhere to Audit compliance and sales budgets.
