Touchstonejobs is seeking an Account Executive Assistant to support Account Executives in managing customer pipelines within the home financing sector.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in real estate or mortgage support, excellent Excel skills, and strong communication abilities with a clear American accent. Night shift availability and ability to work under pressure are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven experience in real estate, mortgage, or home financing support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear American accent.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Review sensitive customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Cross-check data for verification and upload into internal systems securely.
• Reach out to customers to ensure they are receiving outstanding service.
• Monitor progress from Pre-Qualification to Full Approval and resolve any issues.
• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
• Manage and track pipelines for Account Executives to ensure productivity.
• Coordinate daily workflow and priorities with Account Executives.
• Maintain organized records and follow-ups using Excel and CRM tools.
• Understand the end-to-end home financing process including pre-qualification, underwriting, and closing.
• Provide insights and support to customers navigating the process.
