Job summary

Game District in Lahore seeks a proactive Monetization Associate to support and optimize our mobile game monetization operations. You will coordinate with internal studios and external ad networks to ensure smooth ad operations, accurate revenue tracking, and ongoing performance improvement.

The role targets a data-driven mindset, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related.
• 1–2 years of analytics, operations, ad monetization, or related experience.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, basic data analysis).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for liaising with networks and teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and time-management oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with ad networks like MAX, AdMob, Unity, and mediation partners.
• Monitor eCPM, fill rate, impressions, ARPDAU, and revenue trends.
• Troubleshoot ad delivery, SDK issues, waterfall inefficiencies, and revenue discrepancies.
• Work with dev teams to optimize integration, placement, and mediation setup.
• Track monetization experiments including A/B tests and bidding optimization.
• Reconcile network revenues with internal dashboards and financial reports.
• Maintain Excel reporting sheets with data integrity and version control.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
• Support forecasting and contribute revenue-planning insights.
• Assist Monetization Lead with docs, processes, and special projects.
