Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Pakistan's Punjab region seeks an MIS Officer for a UNICEF-funded nutrition project in Multan. You will manage data from OTP and outreach teams, entering it into the MIS system or Excel, and support data analysis and dashboard development.

You will collaborate with field teams and the MEAL unit, ensuring data quality, confidentiality, and timely reporting under the supervision of the Program Coordinator in Multan and the MIS Manager in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of INGO/NGO data management experience.
• KOBO and Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage data from OTP and outreach teams.
• Enter data into MIS data management system or Excel; ensure timely, accurate entry.
• Develop and update PID dashboards and visuals for program indicators.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure data flow and reporting in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of beneficiary data.
