Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Multan, Punjab, leads a UNICEF-funded nutrition project. The Project Manager will oversee implementation, supervise field teams, and ensure plans stay on track and within budget.

Based in Multan, you will report to the Program Coordinator, conduct field visits, prepare progress and donor reports, and coordinate with MEAL, health facilities, and partners to deliver results on time.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social sciences, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of NGO/INGO experience.
• Experience supervising large field teams and managing day-to-day project implementation.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support to the Program Coordinator for management of the nutrition project.
• Ensure activities are on track with approved work plans and timelines.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
• Supervise field teams and organize regular review meetings.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Program Coordinator.
