Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is launching a UNICEF-funded, four-month nutrition data project in Punjab. The role focuses on data management, entry, analysis, and dashboard creation to inform program decisions.

The incumbent will coordinate with field teams and MIS to ensure timely data delivery, maintain data integrity, and support reporting needs. Based in Multan, the position emphasizes data-driven decision support, data quality assurance, and collaboration with the Program

Qualifications

2–3 years work experience in data management, data entry, or database work, preferably in INGO/NGO sector.
Experience with data collection tools such as KOBO and data visualization with Power BI preferred.
Strong data quality focus and attention to detail; ability to handle large data volumes.

Responsibilities

Manage data flow from field to MIS system and ensure timely, complete data entry.
Develop and update analysis dashboards and reporting for program decisions.
Support data-related planning with program/technical teams and MEAL units.
Coordinate with OTP/outreach teams to ensure data is shared in required formats and on schedule.
Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of beneficiary data.
