Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Program Officer for a UNICEF-funded nutrition project in Punjab, Pakistan. The officer will coordinate district-level activities, supervise field teams, and ensure timely reporting and data quality.

Based in the district, you will work under the Program Manager to align work plans with budgets, engage health authorities, and maintain donor reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum; master's preferred in social sciences or public health.
• 3+ years NGO/INGO experience; field team supervision.
• Experience in South Punjab districts preferred.
• Strong report writing in English; excellent coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support to the Program Manager for nutrition project.
• Monitor activities against work plans and budgets; flag deviations.
• Supervise field teams: Nutrition Facilitators, IYCF Counselors, Outreach Workers.
• Prepare regular progress reports and donor/internal reports.
• Coordinate with MEAL, MIS, health facilities, and stakeholders.
