Job summary
Descon Engineering Limited – IT Department is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator in Pakistan. You will manage user lifecycle, licensing, and governance for Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Purview, and related services while ensuring security and reliability.
The role requires hands-on experience with 365 services, strong reporting skills, and the ability to automate tasks using PowerShell. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is essential for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration across Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Teams.
- Experience with license management, provisioning, and access reviews.
- Familiarity with security, governance, and compliance controls.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery, PST export, and Content Search processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and license allocation.
- Maintain license inventory and audit license utilization.
- Provide high-level admin support for M365 services and security.
- Develop and run PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
- Create documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with teams, vendors, and Microsoft support for issues.
