Job summary

ICE Consulting - Managed IT & Cybersecurity for Life Sciences in Lahore is seeking a seasoned System Engineer to lead complex infrastructure projects as part of our MSP team. You will design, deploy, and optimize on-premises and cloud systems, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires deep expertise in Active Directory, VMware, 365, SSO/MFA, and backup solutions, with a track record of managing large projects and owning client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
• Experience installing and maintaining VMware infrastructure.
• Experience with NetApp storage and Veeam backup software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration.
• Experience with SSO/MFA integration between Office 365, G Suite, Box.
• PowerShell experience related to Azure, Office 365, Exchange.
• Exposure to MDT imaging and patch management.
• 4+ years Systems Administration experience; 2+ years Microsoft 365 migrations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, modify, monitor, and maintain on-premises or cloud systems.
• Integrate and maintain cloud-based applications and systems.
• Analyze detailed data and provide recommendations to improve processes, people, or systems.
• Own client relationships and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Manage project budgets, scope, schedules, and risks.
