Job summary

Mashreq seeks an experienced IT infrastructure engineer to design and implement Microsoft infrastructure, including AD, Entra ID, Exchange hybrid, and M365. You will manage hybrid identity, enable MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access, while deploying Defender tools and automating tasks with PowerShell and Graph.

You will ensure high availability, DR, and security compliance, integrating on-prem and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing Microsoft infrastructure including AD, Entra ID and Exchange hybrid.
Strong knowledge of M365, security features, and Defender suite deployment.
Automation scripting with PowerShell and Graph to streamline tasks.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft infrastructure: AD, Entra ID, Exchange (on-prem/hybrid), M365.
Manage hybrid identity and secure access: MFA, SSO, Conditional Access.
Deploy and optimize the Defender suite: MDI, MDO, MDE.
Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for core services.
Lead infrastructure security and compliance initiatives.
Integrate on-premises and cloud platforms for seamless operations.
Support enterprise collaboration tools across the M365 ecosystem.
Advise cross-functional teams on infrastructure strategy and improvements.
Deliver scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
