Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on Meta platforms.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and basic metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
Excellent communication, able to provide updates and reports.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
Experience across multiple industries (Health, Sports, E-commerce, etc.).

Responsibilities

Assist in creating, executing, and managing Meta ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram.
Support day-to-day ad accounts management including setup and budgets.
Coordinate with design team for assets and ensure correct visuals/copy.
Conduct daily campaign performance reviews and monitor ROAS.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Identify trends and adjust targeting, formats, bidding, and structure.
Prepare regular client performance reports with progress and opportunities.
Communicate updates and recommendations clearly to clients.
Develop UGC scripts and coordinate asset orders to support campaigns.
Assist client onboarding and support account setup processes.
Collaborate with Meta Ads Manager and cross-functional teams.
Share campaign updates and ideas during team meetings.
