Job summary

ATVE BIM Consulting in Lahore is seeking a diligent MEP BIM Modeler to develop, update, and maintain coordinated BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in line with EIR, AIR, BEP and ISO 19650.

You will produce BIM production drawings, support clash resolution, manage model QA/QC, and contribute to 3D, 4D, 5D deliverables while collaborating with the BIM Manager and project teams on design, construction, and handover stages.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical/building services or related discipline.
• Professional BIM/Revit certifications are a plus.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and information management.

Responsibilities

• Create and update MEP BIM models and drawings.
• Coordinate with BIM Manager and project teams.
• Ensure model accuracy and data integrity in the CDE.
• Respond to clash reports and coordinate comments.
