Job summary

MEPTECT in Lahore is seeking a dedicated Revit Modeler to develop detailed MEP models for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection on site. The role emphasizes accuracy, coordination, and adherence to BIM standards.

You will coordinate models with engineers and project teams, support clash detection, and produce construction drawings that meet project standards. The position requires on-site work in Lahore and strong collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit MEP modeling for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection workflows, and interdisciplinary model integration.
• Ability to prepare accurate construction documentation and shop drawings following industry standards.
• Strong understanding of MEP design principles, building systems, and constructability considerations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow project guidelines for quality and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with engineers and project stakeholders.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Prior BIM or MEP design experience; international or large-scale projects is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and manage multiple tasks within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed MEP models in Revit for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
• Develop coordinated 3D models and assist with clash detection workflows.
• Prepare construction drawings and shop drawings per project standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, BIM coordinators and project teams to support design development and changes.
• Maintain organized project files and contribute to BIM workflow improvements.
