Job summary

LantroTech is seeking a Revit Engineer to develop, update, and coordinate BIM models for MEP and ELV systems using Autodesk Revit. You will convert designs into detailed models, ensure accuracy, and support documentation through the project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on Revit experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT, CCTV, AV, and security, plus strong attention to detail and collaboration with design and site teams. Some work may align with EST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or similar field
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Revit experience across MEP/ELV systems
• Solid understanding of MEP/ELV building systems and BIM representations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Experience coordinating models across disciplines and resolving clashes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
• Good communication and team collaboration, including on-site work

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 2D/3D Revit models for MEP and ELV systems
• Convert conceptual designs into detailed Revit models
• Model IT/data infrastructure within Revit
• Model CCTV, access control, and security system layouts
• Coordinate MEP/ELV models and resolve clashes with other disciplines
• Prepare and update construction drawings and BIM deliverables
• Apply BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions
• Create and customize Revit families for equipment and components
• Liaise with engineers/consultants and site teams to reflect design intent
• Review drawings/models for accuracy and compliance with codes
• Support quantity take-offs and procurement documentation
• Participate in coordination meetings and clash reviews
• Maintain version control and documentation of Revit models
• Possible EST shift rotation communicated by the company
