Job summary

Pak Paragon Designs seeks a Revit Expert to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects in Sadiqabad. You will create plans, sections, elevations, and schedules, coordinating across disciplines and ensuring design intent is accurately represented.

The role requires on-site collaboration with designers and project leads, handling file organization, Revit family maintenance, and contributing to workflow improvements while complying with local codes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP modeling, including families, templates, and parametric components.
• Experience producing construction drawings, documentation sets, and coordinated BIM models aligned with project standards and local regulations.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, apply detailing standards, and ensure accuracy and consistency across project files.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, responding to feedback, and coordinating design changes.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site environment.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field; professional Revit or BIM certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with complementary tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards, contribute to workflow improvements, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory work practices.
