PiRails Private Limited is seeking an experienced Medicare Supervisor to lead US Medicare live-transfer campaigns from our Lahore on-site night shift. The role focuses on supervising, coaching, and maintaining quality and compliance across the call floor.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising Medicare campaigns, real-time monitoring, and strong leadership capabilities to drive performance and achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong floor-control and team-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of US Medicare live-transfer campaigns.
• Manage floor performance, agent productivity, and campaign KPIs in real time.
• Monitor calls and provide timely coaching and feedback to agents.
• Support agents with objection handling and challenging customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to applicable TCPA requirements and internal compliance procedures.
• Ensure leads and beneficiaries are handled according to applicable qualification criteria.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain consistent quality standards across the campaign.
• Prepare and communicate performance reports and operational updates.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the campaign team to achieve performance targets.

About the Role

PiRails is looking for an experienced and results-driven Medicare Supervisor to lead and oversee our US Medicare live-transfer operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising Medicare campaigns, managing call-floor performance, supporting agents with real-time objection handling, and maintaining strong quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of US Medicare live-transfer campaigns.

Manage floor performance, agent productivity, and campaign KPIs in real time.

Monitor calls and provide timely coaching and feedback to agents.

Support agents with objection handling and challenging customer interactions.

Ensure adherence to applicable TCPA requirements and internal compliance procedures.

Ensure leads and beneficiaries are handled according to applicable qualification criteria.

Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Maintain consistent quality standards across the campaign.

Prepare and communicate performance reports and operational updates.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience supervising US Medicare live-transfer campaigns.

Strong understanding of Medicare campaign operations and beneficiary qualification criteria.

Working knowledge of TCPA guidelines and telemarketing compliance requirements.

Strong floor-control and team-management skills.

Excellent objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with real-time call monitoring and quality assurance.

Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
