Job summary

Medcare is seeking a full-time outbound-call specialist to work remotely from Pakistan, making calls to US healthcare and senior care organizations during the night shift (evenings in the US). You will introduce Medcare's services and help partner organizations refer patients who could benefit from support.

You will build and maintain relationships with office managers, social workers and care coordinators, guide partners through our online referral process, and track outcomes in the system.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English, clear and professional on the phone.
• At least 1 year of outbound calling, sales or customer service experience with US clients.
• Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls for the full shift.
• Able to work night shift consistently, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls throughout the entire shift to US doctor's offices, nursing homes, home health agencies and senior centers.
• Clearly explain Medcare's services and how patient referrals work.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with office managers, social workers and care coordinators.
• Guide partner organizations through our online referral process.
• Follow up consistently with contacts and track every call and outcome in our system.
• Meet daily and weekly call activity goals.
