Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (US healthcare preferred).
• Strong understanding of medical billing procedures and terminology.
• Proficiency in patient scheduling and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Handle medical billing tasks and maintain accurate patient records.
• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up calls.
• Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) with accuracy.
• Obtain patient authorizations from insurance providers as required.
• Manage doctors’ inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Address patient inquiries with exceptional communication.
