Job summary

The Citizen Foundation invites applications for a Mathematics Curriculum Development Specialist to strengthen teaching and learning by creating high-quality instructional materials in English and Urdu, including textbooks, teacher guides, worksheets, and digital resources.

You will design formative and summative assessments aligned with learning objectives, research best practices, and collaborate with curriculum, assessment, and digital learning teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
2–3 years of teaching, training or curriculum development preferred.
Strong written English and Urdu communication.
Experience with curriculum mapping and assessments.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop textbooks, teacher guides, worksheets, and resources in English and Urdu.
Design formative and summative assessments aligned with objectives.
Create e-learning content and teacher support resources.
Research trends in mathematics education to inform curriculum.
Collaborate with designers to ensure visual alignment.
Support curriculum mapping, pilots, and continuous improvement.
