Responsibilities

• Teach Math to assigned classes, covering arithmetic through calculus as per grade.
• Prepare daily lesson plans, worksheets and teaching aids.
• Explain concepts with examples, real-life problems and step-by-step methods.
• Deliver clear board work with diagrams and graphs using models and charts.
• Conduct weekly tests, monthly exams and class quizzes, check copies and give feedback.
• Focus on weak students and run extra classes or revision before exams.
• Complete the syllabus on time per BISE, Cambridge, Oxford or school policy.
• Prepare students for MCQs, short questions and long questions.
• Practise past papers and model papers for 9th to A-Level.
• Conduct math lab activities including geometry models, charts and measurements.
• Maintain discipline and participation in class.
• Provide time for student questions after class.
• Prepare students for Math Olympiad and board topper positions.
• Counsel students on career options including Engineering, IT, Accounts and CSS.

Job description
