You will design instructional content, map curriculum needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and ongoing improvement.

• Create engaging e-learning content and teacher support resources to strengthen content knowledge and classroom practices.
• Research emerging trends, pedagogical approaches, and best practices in digital literacy to inform curriculum improvements.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure instructional materials are visually engaging and aligned with learning objectives.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum, assessment, teacher development, and digital learning teams on curriculum initiatives.
• Support curriculum mapping, resource development, pilot implementation, and continuous improvement projects.

The Digital Literacy Specialist develops high-quality curriculum resources, assessments, and digital learning materials that strengthen digital literacy teaching and learning. The major focus of the curriculum is on developing programming skills using the programming tools and languages such as Scratch, HTML & Java. The role supports curriculum implementation by creating engaging instructional content, determining hardware and software needs of the curriculum, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with TCF's curriculum standards and educational goals.
