Job summary

HRSi is seeking a Material Scheduler to support its procurement team for a leading client. You will review requisitions for raw and packaging materials, place purchase orders with vendors, and coordinate pricing, incoterms, source and payment terms.

You will also align with teams on vendor master data and shipping documents, and flag delays for mitigation. Fresh graduates or final-semester students are eligible; internship experience in supply chain is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in

Responsibilities

• Review and extract purchase requisitions for raw and packaging materials.
• Place purchase orders with vendors and suppliers on time.
• Coordinate with Procurement for pricing, incoterms, source, and payment terms before order placement.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for Quality Information Records, Purchase Information Records, and Vendor Master Data updates.
• Follow up regularly with vendors on shipments and validate shipping documents.
• Coordinate with clearance, warehousing, and planning teams for shipment and material updates.
• Highlight shipment delays to relevant stakeholders and work on mitigation plans.
• Review and update departmental SOPs when required.
