Job summary

HRSI is seeking a Production Scheduler to convert demand plans into monthly production schedules and create timely production orders. The role involves balancing capacity, coordinating with material schedulers, and ensuring adherence to GMP and EHS guidelines while maintaining on-time delivery.

You will review MRP/MPS, optimize inventory levels, and liaise with QA, maintenance, and the warehouse to align with the site supply plan. Strong coordination across multiple teams is required.

Qualifications

• Experience converting demand plans into monthly production schedules.
• Knowledge of MRP/MPS and capacity utilization.
• Familiar with GMP, EHS, and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Convert net requirements into monthly production plans and weekly/daily schedules.
• Create Production Orders on time per SOP and balance machine/line capacity.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust for deviations (breakdowns, holds, shortages).
• Ensure inventory optimization with no stock-outs via MRP/MPS review.
• Coordinate material requirements with material schedulers and Warehouse.
• Liaise with QA, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure schedule adherence.
• Manage SAP/APO scheduling transactions and update orders to reflect supply plan.
• Prepare and monitor site KPIs and weekly reports.
