Systems Limited is seeking a Marketing Planning Associate to support cluster-level planning operations. You will manage reporting systems, validate forecasts, and track performance in alignment with end markets.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, demand planning, and timely reporting to enable informed decisions. The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–2 years of planning, reporting or data operations experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning systems including Cluster DRM (Demand Review Meeting) and BPC uploads.
• Validate and maintain forecast data within BI tools ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support IMS forecasting and align with end market requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily shipment and sales performance reports.
• Track in-market activities and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Manage MTS and MTO market operations including order coordination.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain, and market teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain and upload competition and market data in reporting systems.
