PRG Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager – Marketing Operations to oversee daily operations across Design, Web Development, SEO, and Social Media teams. You will monitor pipelines, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables with accountability across the team.

The role emphasizes performance management, KPI achievement, and collaboration with team leads to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, agency operations, or team management.
• Experience working with Design, Development, SEO, and Social Media teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor project pipelines, workload distribution, and resource utilization.
• Track progress, identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure on-time delivery within quality standards and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and facilitate operational meetings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
