Job summary

Servis Group in Jamshoro, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to craft and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. You will plan integrated campaigns across digital, ATL/BTL, and retail channels, and steer brand messaging and visual identity.

You will lead social media, content, PR and performance marketing, collaborate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, and ensure consistent brand materials across dealerships and partners while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, automotive, tyre, manufacturing, retail, or mobility industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, retail-focused).
• Manage brand positioning, identity, messaging, and visual guidelines.
• Lead social media, content, PR, and digital performance marketing activities.
• Build strong relationships with agencies, media partners, production houses & vendors.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research & customer insights analysis.
• Support product launches, events, corporate exhibitions, roadshows & activations.
• Monitor budget, ROI, campaign analytics & performance dashboards.
• Ensure marketing material consistency across dealerships, distributors & retail network.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain & Commercial teams to support growth plans.
• Maintain brand reputation and handle communication crises when needed.
