Job summary

PRG Pakistan is seeking a Marketing Executive – Executive Support & Marketing Operations to coordinate executive marketing deliverables, craft presentations, and manage marketing collateral. You will work with executives, the Marketing Manager, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and branding consistency.

The role emphasizes coordination, follow-up, and documentation over strategic decision-making, with a focus on delivering high-quality executive materials and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, or project coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent presentation creation and formatting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Executive-related requests and initiatives.
• Gather requirements from Executives and translate into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and progress of initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on project status.
• Ensure branding and materials are consistent and on-brand.
