Job summary

Systems Limited in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring for Brand Operations Associate to lead end-to-end NPI projects and ensure on-time delivery under the Brand Development Manager.

1–2 years in marketing/brand or brand-supply chain roles, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and dashboard reporting are expected to drive project visibility and business insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or brand roles or brand supply chain hybrid.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical with ability to track performance and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools; able to maintain dashboards.

Responsibilities

• E2E delivery of NPI projects with follow-ups and PM oversight.
• Improve project timelines by coordinating with managers to stretch SLAs.
• Maintain the NPI project management system and ensure accurate tracking.
• Own packaging artwork adaptations per brand guidelines.
• Follow up on artwork adaptations with relevant parties.
• Coordinate and support brand briefs aligned with objectives and strategy.
• Manage dashboards to monitor progress and timelines against targets.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to assess impact and learnings.
• Act as central contact for stakeholders across functions for execution.
