Job summary

ACE CPAs is seeking a Marketing Manager to own channels end to end from Karachi on-site. You will run one growth channel, build reporting, and eventually lead a small team. You will work US Eastern hours seasonally and coordinate with sales operations and external agencies.

Requirements include 3+ years in marketing with hands-on SEO/AEO, Google Ads, or cold email, plus proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio. The role is on-site in Gulistan e Johar, Karachi.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing with hands-on SEO/AEO, Google Ads or cold email.
• Proven results with traffic growth, cost per lead, or booked meetings.
• Comfort with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Run your primary channel hands on and build the marketing strategy.
• Own tracking from website traffic to signed clients and report weekly.
• Coordinate with sales operations, data team, and outside agencies.
• Write SOPs so future hires can take over tasks.
